Bean Free Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients:


1 medium zucchini peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces


2 tablespoons tahini


3/4 cup pumpkin puree


Juice of 1 lemon


1 teaspoon cumin


1/2 teaspoon paprika


1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoons chili powder



Instructions

 

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth and thick.


2. Adjust your seasonings as you like!


3. Serve with grain free crackers, crudité, or use as a spread on top of grilled meat

and veggies
