Easy No Oil Strawberry Vinaigrette

Summer’s here, and that means its strawberry season. Summer strawberries are sweet, vibrant, and bursting with antioxidants. This easy no oil strawberry vinaigrette is the perfect way to bring seasonal flavor to your salads while keeping things clean and inflammation-friendly. With fresh herbs, a zesty kick, and zero processed oils, it’s a delicious step toward eating in alignment with the season.






Easy No Oil Strawberry Vinaigrette

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Raw Cider Vinegar

1 Garlic Clove

10 Basil Leaves

1 Small Bunch Chives

¾ tsp Sea Salt

¾ tsp Pepper

1 ½ lb Fresh Picked Strawberries


Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Makes about 2 cups. Will last refrigerated for at least 1 week.
